You can start to live the life you truly want when you have a few coaching sessions.

If you are undecided  about what you truly want or the way forward for you at this time  in your life, and would like to bounce around some ideas with me, then I’ll listen to you,  ask you some challenging questions to enable you to clarify your thinking and decide what to do instead of continuing to ’sit on the fence,’ worry and do nothing.

If you want to make a decision about something but haven’t actually done what you have to do to make it happen or  you’ve been procrastinating about something  for years then I’ll encourage and motivate you to get going and make a difference to your life.

I know what it’s like to be a doctor: I was in the Medical profession for over 30 years so I genuinely understand the stress you may be under and the pressures to behave in certain ways.

As your Coach I am here for you. I won’t tell you what to do but get you to find your own answers. However I’ll also share with you what I’ve learned if appropriate. The agenda is yours and I’ll encourage you to do what you truly want to do.

What are your life challenges costing you in time and energy? Wouldn’t it be wonderful to let go of that stress and start to feel confident and enjoy life without the nagging stress? Maybe it’s difficult to put a monetary value to frustration and overwhelm and living a life you wish was different!

Think about what you might spend attending a couple of days  at a Medical conference and imagine what it would be like to  start to turn your life around and make a difference, not only to yourself but to those you live and work with for a similar investment.
